Payment and delivery

The ordered Flightcase parts can be paid online with iDEAL, Credit card or PayPal. In addition to this, you can pay in advance and regular customers can buy on credit. There are specific conditions for buying on credit. Please send an e-mail to: info@penn-elcomdirect.com

The shipments are sent with DPD and every package can be tracked with a Track & Trace code. Delivery of Flightcase parts takes place within two working days. If it concerns an order with Flightcase parts exclusively, delivery within two days is possible.

Order status

Your order on Penn Elcom Direct GmbH can be followed on the Track & Trace website from DPD . You need to fill in a postal code and a reference number of our order to be able to view the (current) status of your order. You can also make use of the link in the conformation e-mail of your order.

After we received your order and payment, your order will be processed right away. From that moment on it is possible to see the status of your order within the expedition process.

As soon as your order is picked up from the production location by the transporter, you will be informed about this by e-mail. This e-mail will say whether your order was sent as a pallet or package. The way of shipment depends on the number and size of the ordered articles. If your order is sent as a package or packages, you will receive a link to the website of the transporter in your e-mail. On this site you can keep track of the status of your order. If your order is transported on a pallet or pallets, you can contact us for more information about the status of the order.
